Add your items to your shopping basket, then click on "Print your order" after the checkout, to print out a completed order form ready to send to us. To print out an order form which you can fill in by hand, We charge a flat rate postage fee. The fee for any order, regardless of size, is:

England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland: £2

Parcels sometimes get lost in the post. To avoid the hassles and delays in having to chase up your order if it does not arrive, we strongly recommend insured postage. The Royal Mail is very reliable but sometimes orders can get lost; if this happens to your order, it will not be easy to trace it. Insurance costs a few pounds extra and gives peace of mind.
- UK insured postage : £3.00 extra
- European insured postage : £7.00 extra

What happens if my order does not arrive?
Your order will normally arrive within 2 working days, for mainland UK addresses. Please call us or email us if you do not receive it. Any non-delivery claim must be notified to us within 5 working days, otherwise insurance will be void (if applicable).
When will I get my order and what will it look like when I get it?
All orders are sent in discreet plain mailing envelopes or boxes with your name and address label affixed to the front. Our company name and and logo DO NOT appear on the outside of the package. Your credit card statement will show the charge from "BodyExposed." We aim to ship all UK orders by the next working day by first class mail, so you should receive your order within 48 hours. If we receive an order before 2pm, it will normally be shipped on the same day (except weekends). Remember that Royal Mail is not infallible, so please be patient if your order takes slightly longer. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands will take 3-5 days. For Europe and the rest of the world please allow 14 days.
