At all times when visiting our site, clicking on the logo in the top left corner will take you back to our home page. You can select an area of the site to visit from the menu bar (underneath the logo) or from the left panel menu.
The Menu Bar
The menu bar at the top of every page gives you shortcuts to your shopping basket,
to your account details, and other pages including a selection of our product
categories.
The Left Panel
At the left side of every page on our site is a light blue panel. In this panel
you will find special things that you can do, as well as information you might
want to know. For example, on most pages in the site, a "Mini Shopping
Cart" is displayed on the panel. This does not show postage charges, but
gives you a quick look at how many items you have in your basket. Below the Mini
Shopping Cart are a variety of special links that you might find useful, including
a frequently asked questions, delivery information, a link to all of our product categories and
a 'logout' link to use when you have finished ordering. If you can't find what
you want in the menu bar, there's probably something that will help in the left
panel.

We have an ever-changing collection of hot men's underwear that must be seen to be appreciated! That's why our store has been built so that you can easily browse through everything we have, with the fewest of mouse clicks. If you click on a category in the list, you will find small pictures which represent the different items in that category. Click one of these for a full description and a larger picture.
Selecting an item to purchase
Having decided on your item, click on the size you require - small, medium, large, extra-large (XL) or extra-extra-large (XXL). There are details of these different sizes in our size chart which you can access from the left panel. Please note that XXL items have a price surcharge of 10%. Having clicked on your size, you will see a list of the different colours available. You can immediately see which colours are available, and which are unavailable; if the 'BUY' button' is shown against a colour, you can place an order for it, and the item will be held for you until we receive payment. If your colour is out of stock, please re-visit the site another day, as our stock changes rapidly.
You can keep a list of your favourite items, which can be used as a reminder next time you log in. If you don't want to order an item right away, or it is out of stock, just add it to your favourites list. You can view your list in our Customer Service Centre. Unfortunately we cannot 'back-order' an item if it is out of stock, but we will order it from our supplier if you add it to your favourites list so you may find it is in stock if you check the site again after 2-3 weeks.
Each time you select an item, it will be added to your shopping
basket. From here, you can change quantities, delete items or go to the checkout.
Payment can then be made online (for immediate despatch)
or by post or by telephone. As you can only buy items which are in stock, and you cannot buy anything that is sold out, you can be sure that there will be no waiting for your goods, and they will normally be despatched within 24 hours.
Paying for your order by phone or mail
Paying for your order by phone or fax or post is easy because you can immediately tell what is in stock and what is unavailable. Browse through our galleries putting the items you want to purchase into your shopping basket. When you are ready, press Checkout to start the 3 stage payment process, select 'cheque' as the method of payment on the final screen, then put your cheque or postal order in the post to us. Please note that we can only accept a UK cheque or P.O. (in pounds sterling) - if you send a USA money order or a foreign cheque in Euros or Dollars, you will not receive your order.
After you have placed your order online, the items in your shopping basket will be reserved for you for 7 days, to avoid us selling out if someone else tries to buy the last one! If you wish to pay by credit/debit card, and prefer not to use the online system, you can phone us, or print out your order and post it to us with your card no. written on it. To print out an order form which you can fill in by hand, click here. You can also send a British cheque or P.O., but if you do not use the online system prior to sending payment, please phone us to check that your items are in stock.
Stage 1
If you have shopped with us before, please enter your email address and password. If not, please enter your name and address in full. Fields marked with an asterisk * must be completed. You can select your delivery method at this time - postage to the UK or Europe as necessary, and insurance is available if required. Please be sure to enter your address correctly, including the postcode, with capital letters in the usual places. The label we use to send your parcel will be printed exactly as you type it here. Please note that BodyExposed cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, unless insured postage is selected. We require your email address so that you can log in in the future; we will NOT sell or abuse your email address for any reason at any time. If you have a discount coupon, enter the code at the bottom of the page.
Stage 2
This screen gives you a check on your total order including delivery cost, and you have the options to cancel the order or print it out.
Stage 3
You can pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or debit card (Maestro, Delta etc) over the phone if you prefer not to send your card details on the internet. In the lower part of the screen, select an alternative payment method such as cheque or postal order. Then, you can call us on 0845 874 6226 or click on "Print your order" and print out a completed order form, ready to send to us. Upon receipt of your order, whether payment is online or by phone or mail, you will receive an email confirmation, so please remember to put your email address on the form.
If you prefer to pay by post, you have the options of sending a cheque (in UK pounds) or a UK postal order or cash (cash sent at your own risk). Please make your cheque payable to Bodyexposed. Alternatively you can pay by credit card if you print out the order and write your card no., expiry date and 3-digit security code on it, and sign the bottom of the page. Our postal address is at the top of this page; if you wish to fax your order, send it to 0845 874 6225. Please supply your phone no. if you send your credit/debit card details by post, in case we have authorisation problems with the card.
If you decide to order by post, please complete the 3 stage checkout process described above and select 'payment by cheque/cash/postal order' as your payment method. This will ensure that the items you wish to order are reserved for you, and do not sell out before your order arrives at our office. Alternatively, to print out an order form which you can fill in by hand, click here but the items will not be reserved for you.
Paying for your order online is the best way to go. It will lock in your purchase, making sure that the inventory you just selected is yours - it is in stock and ready to send to you. After you have put the items you want into your cart, and completed the three checkout sections, click the credit card symbol and you will be asked by Protx to enter your card number, expiry date, and security code (on the rear of the card) and the card-holder's name. If the card is a debit card please enter also the issue number and 'valid from' date if available. Press 'Proceed' to complete the transaction. If you have any difficulties with card payment, please give us a call on the number above. You can also pay by Paypal by clicking the Paypal symbol, and then log into your Paypal account (or create a new account). Please wait for the Paypal system to return you to Bodyexposed after completing your transaction on their website.
Protx is the banking system used by BodyExposed to take your card payment. They will take your card details and the amount of the transaction, and pass the information to your own card company. For security reasons, BodyExposed do not keep records of your card details, so you need to re-enter these if you make another order. All personal information is encrypted on the payment page to ensure security; you can tell when the page is encrypted by either a closed padlock symbol appearing at the bottom of your browser, or by looking at the address of the payment page (it will start with https: instead of http: ). All of these mean that your credit card numbers cannot be ‘seen’ by anyone else on the internet apart from you and our bank.
Printing an invoice for your order
After making your purchase, you will be taken to the order summary page, which will let you print a copy of the invoice for your purchases.
When will I get my order and what will it look like when I get it?
All orders are sent in discreet plain mailing envelopes with your name and address affixed to the front. Our company name and and logo DO NOT appear on the outside of the package, but our PO Box address is shown as the return address. Your credit card statement will show the charge from "BodyExposed" (unless you pay by Paypal). We aim to ship all items by the next working day by first class mail, so you should receive your order within 48 hours, except at weekends. Remember that Royal Mail is not infallible, so please be patient if your order takes slightly longer. For Europe and the rest of the world please allow 14 days.
Coming back to the site to review your previous orders
If you have made a purchase using our system, you may make further purchases without having to fill in your details again. Simply click on the Customer Services or Login link, enter your email address and the password you used when you made your first purchase, and presto! ...you can view your old transactions, reprint past invoices, modify your delivery information, and more. Also, once you are logged in, when you click the "Pay for my order" link, we won't even ask you any more questions except to verify that the information we have is correct.
