Our returns procedure |
Before returning any item please follow our Return Merchandise Authorisation procedure. We will email you a returns authorisation code, together with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation code, or is not covered by one of the following criteria:

Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received, for a full refund or exchange. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, once we have received and processed the item. In these instances we will also refund the return postage.

Incorrect item
You may return any incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund or exchange. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.

Unwanted item
You may return any item, in 'as new' condition, within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund your payment in full (excluding postage charges) once we have received and processed the item, or you may exchange it for an alternative item subject to payment of any price difference and postage. However, for reasons of hygiene, health and safety, we are unable to accept the return of any worn underwear or swimwear items or used adult toys. An item is classified as worn if it has been worn, tried on and / or washed.

How to return an item
All items must be returned in as new condition with all original packaging and labels intact. BodyExposed cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit, as they are the sole responsibility of the customer, so insured postage is recommended.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) code, click ‘View Order History’ below to access your order details (you may need to sign in first). Next, select the order number containing the item you would like to return, and follow the on-screen instructions.
