How to order online

At all times when visiting our site, clicking on the logo in the top left corner will take you back to our home page. You can select an area of the site to visit from the menu bar (underneath the logo) or from the left panel menu. The menu bar is at the top of every page, and gives you shortcuts to our size chart, and other pages including a selection of our product categories.

At the left side of every page on our site is a light blue panel. In this panel you will find a list of the categories in the store, and a variety of special links that you might find useful, including special offers, delivery information, a link to our downloadable catalogue.

We have an ever-changing collection of hot men's underwear that must be seen to be appreciated! That's why our store has been built so that you can easily browse through everything we have, with the fewest of mouse clicks. If you click on a category in the list, you will find small thumbnail pictures which represent the different items in that category. Click one of these for a full description and a larger picture.

The right hand side of the screen shows details about your account and any items you have placed into your basket, once you have started shopping. It also lists the products you have looked at, so that you can easily find them again.

Selecting an item to purchase

Having decided on your item, select the colour and size you require - small, medium, large, extra-large (XL) or extra-extra-large (XXL) - from the drop-down boxes. The different sizes are shown in inches and centimetres in our size chart. If the size drop-down is not shown, then the item is one size only. You can immediately see which sizes are available, after selecting a colour, or vice-versa; out-of-stock sizes are not displayed. If your size or colour is out of stock, please re-visit the site another day, as our stock changes rapidly.

You can keep a list of your favourite items, which can be used as a reminder next time you log in. If you don't want to order an item right away, just add it to your wish list. You can view your list by logging in to your account.

Each time you select an item, click 'Add To Cart' to add it to your shopping basket. From here, you can change quantities, delete items or go to the checkout. Payment can then be made online (for immediate despatch) or by post or by telephone. As you can only buy items which are in stock, and you cannot buy anything that is sold out, you can be sure that there will be no waiting for your goods, and they will normally be despatched within 24 hours.

Paying for your order

When you have chosen your items, click on 'Checkout'

If you have shopped with us before, please enter your email address and password. If not, please enter your email address, and choose a password if you want to create an account to make ordering quicker next time. You will be prompted to enter your billing address (this is the address your credit card or bank statement is sent to) and your delivery address if the parcel is to be delivered elsewhere. Please be sure to enter your address correctly, including the postcode, with capital letters in the usual places. The label we use to send your parcel will be printed exactly as you type it here. Please read our terms & conditions and tick the box to agree with them, then click 'Continue'.

Choose a postage option, depending on where your order is to be delivered, and include insurance if you don't want to risk the parcel being lost in the post. Then click Continue again.

At the bottom of the next screen enter your discount code if you have one, and choose how to pay. We recommend paying by credit or debit card online - this is a secure process and your goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours. Card payments are handled by SagePay, and we do not retain any of these details in our store. We also accept Paypal payments.

 

Payment by post

When you are ready, go to the Checkout , select 'Cheque' or 'Postal Order' as the method of payment on the final screen, then put it in the post to us along with a printout of your order, or a note of your name, address and telephone number. Please note that we can only accept a UK cheque or P.O. (in pounds sterling) - if you send a USA money order or a non-UK cheque in Euros or Dollars, we cannot cash it and you will not receive your order. Make your cheque payable to Bodyexposed. Alternatively you can pay by credit card if you print out the order and write your card no., expiry date and 3-digit security code on it, and sign the bottom of the page. Our postal address is at the top of this page; if you wish to fax your order, send it to 0845 874 6225. Remember to add your phone no. if you send your card details by post, in case we have authorisation problems with the card.

After you have placed your order online, the items in your shopping basket will be reserved for you for 7 days, to avoid us selling out if someone else tries to buy the last one! We will send you an email when your order is despatched.

 

Ordering by fax or over the phone

You can pay by credit card (Amex, Mastercard or Visa) or debit card (Maestro, Delta etc) over the phone if you prefer not to send your card details on the internet. In the lower part of the checkout screen, select an alternative payment method such as cheque or postal order. Then, you can call us on 0845 874 6226 or click on "Print your order" and print out a completed order form, to send to us by fax. Upon receipt of your order, whether payment is online or by phone, fax or mail, you will receive an email confirmation, which will be sent to the address used when you logged in..

When will I get my order and what will it look like when I get it?

All orders are sent in discreet plain mailing envelopes with your name and address affixed to the front. Our company name and and logo DO NOT appear on the outside of the package, but our PO Box address is shown as the return address. Your credit card statement will show the charge from "BodyExposed". We aim to ship all items by the next working day by first class mail, so you should receive your order within 48 hours, except at weekends. Remember that Royal Mail is not infallible, so please be patient if your order takes slightly longer. For Europe and the rest of the world please allow 14 days.

Coming back to the site to review your previous orders

If you have made a purchase using our system, you may make further purchases without having to fill in your details again. Simply click on the Account or Login link, enter your email address and the password you used when you made your first purchase, and presto! ...you can view your old transactions, reprint past invoices, modify your delivery information, and more. Also, once you are logged in, when you click the "Pay for my order" link, we won't even ask you any more questions except to verify that the information we have is correct.

 

Delivery Prices

We charge a flat rate postage fee. The fee for any order, regardless of size, is:

England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland: £2

Southern Ireland and all other European countries: £4

USA and all countries outside Europe: £5

Insurance

Parcels sometimes get lost in the post. To avoid the hassles and delays in having to chase up your order if it does not arrive, we strongly recommend insured postage. The Royal Mail is very reliable but sometimes orders can get lost; if this happens to your order, it will not be easy to trace it. Insurance costs a few pounds extra and gives peace of mind. Next day courier delivery is also available for orders placed before 4pm.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

Your order will normally be sent within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) by first class post, for mainland UK addresses, or Air Mail if overseas. Please call us or email us if you do not receive it. Any non-delivery claim must be notified to us within 5 working days, otherwise insurance will be void (if applicable).

We never send out unsolicited material and do not mail catalogues or merchandise to anyone who has not requested this material. Discretion is always assured to our customers. Merchandise is always mailed discreetly to you.

We do not sell our mailing lists. No personal information relating to the customer will be passed onto any third party, except as may required by law. If you ever wish to be removed from our mailing list, please access your account here and select 'Modify Personal Information'.

Secure payments can be made at our checkout by credit or debit card through the SagePay system. Your card details will be processed by SagePay (see www.sagepay.com) and for added security we now incorporate Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code. We do not hold your card details on our own website. Card transactions are protected by SSL encryption meaning that your card details cannot be viewed by anyone else on the internet. However, if you prefer to speak to us, you can call us to place your order by phone.
