Could you tell me when you will have any more of the xxxx in stock?

We receive regular deliveries from our suppliers, but we cannot always forecast what stock will be sent to us. This is because our suppliers' factories are often over-stretched and cannot make the products fast enough.

When do you intend to update your stock? Everytime I go to place an order it is not available in my size or colour.

This is usually because the factories have not made a batch recently in your specific size and colour. Hopefully the next batch will suit your requirements - please check the website in 2 to 3 weeks.

Just wondered when your next batch of stock is currently due in??

We receive a new batch of stock from Body Aware every 2 weeks.

I believe that you carry some of the product range from X-dress. Do you have such a thing as a xxxx ?

We carry some of the Xdress range, but not every style. If you need something we do not stock, you will have to order it from www.xdress.com.

The Bodyaware website contains an item called xxxx.. RU going to stock this product ? If so, when ?

We hope to stock all their items but this will take time, and depends on the items being available. If you need an item urgently which we do not stock, order it from www.bodyaware.com.

Can I return an item if I don't like it, or if it doesn't fit me ?

You can only return an item if it is unworn, in 'as new' condition, and in the original packing. There will be a restocking fee of 15%, and you need to obtain a returns authorisation code. See our Terms & Conditions.

 

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Do you have pricing in US dollars?

Yes, prices converted to all currencies can be seen using the currency converter on all the product pages. Please note however, that payment can only be made in UK currency (£) if you send a cheque or cash.

I just purchased some items from you & just checked my online Bank Of America statement. It says you just charged me 112.30, when my total is 66.30 ! Somebody needs to check that out !

As you are in the USA, our UK price will have been converted to dollars, when shown on your statement. The prices on our website are all in UK pounds (£).

Just to confirm that I have still NOT received the items on order number xxxx. How long should it take?

Orders sent by regular mail usually arrive the next day, but occasionally take up to 2 weeks. If you were out when they tried to deliver, they may have taken your parcel back to the sorting office for you to collect. Check with the sorting office or your neighbours.

Hi, got your email saying that my order for a xxxx had been posted last week. At present I have not received the item. Looks that the post have mislaid it. Can you send another?

We regret that BodyExposed cannot guarantee safe delivery of your order unless insured postage was requested (it costs a few pounds extra). If an insured delivery does not arrive, we will send a replacement right away. Unfortunately the Royal Mail do occasionally lose an order, so we recommend paying for insurance.

I have not yet received this package. can you confirm if it was dispatched?

If you received an email stating your order was despatched, that is your confirmation. It should arrive the next day (except weekends and holidays) if you are in the UK, but sometimes it takes longer. If you did not receive an email, please contact us.

Will my order be sent in plain packaging?

All orders are sent in discreet plain mailing envelopes with your name and address affixed to the front. Our company name and and logo DO NOT appear on the outside of the package, but our PO Box address is shown as the return address. If you pay by credit card, your statement will show the charge from "BodyExposed".

Can you ship an order to the US? How much does it cost?

We can ship to any country. Rates are shown on our delivery page.

If I order something as a gift can you deliver it to the person?

Yes, just enter the person's name and address as the delivery address, at our checkout screen.

Do you offer the opportunity to preview items and invoice purchasers with the delivery?

Sorry, all items must be paid for in advance, either online, by post or over the phone.

Do you sell to Canada and if so, what type of payment is accepted?

Yes, we sell to Canada and to all American and European territories. You can pay by credit card online or over the phone. Please note that our prices are in UK currency, and the price will be converted to your local currency on your credit card statement.

I've just seen that my shopping cart has not been cleared, so it looks like the order has not gone through even though I've paid by Paypal. On your payment page it says I will be returned to you from Paypal " to complete the order" - but I can't complete it if I get sent back to a blank page and I don't want to hit Continue again on the shopping cart in case I end up paying twice.

There is an occasional problem with Paypal payments, where you do not get returned to our website. This usually means that we have received your payment, so don't hit the button again. If you are unsure, send us an email and we'll confirm that your order was received.

BodyExposed has only been operating since 2004. If you ordered previously to that, your order was possibly with Body Aware, who used to have a UK office. They now operate from the USA, and we do not have details of their previous UK customers.

 

FABRICS & STYLES

I recently purchased, amonst other items, a silk thong which already is coming apart after only having worn it once.

Many of our products are made of very thin material, and special care must be taken when handling them. In particular, rubber and silk are delicate and can be easily ripped when you try them on if care is not taken, and these fabrics require careful washing. We always recommend a hand wash for rubber, silk and leather products.

I recently purchased a xxxx. I carefully checked with the size chart when ordering. I then tried on the item and unfortunately the fit was disappointing. The waist and back seemed fine but the front panel looked different to the photo on the web site. The pouch front seems smaller and different in design to the web picture.

Items used for photography are taken from stock, so are exactly the same as items you buy. However, because everyone has different dimensions, garments may not look exactly the same on you as on the model.

Do you make special orders? If so, could you make me a xxxx in stretchy lycra or other similar material - not mesh. Would the price be exorbitant?

Thanks for your enquiry. Unfortunately we cannot accept custom orders as we contract out production, and minimum orders are in the several hundreds.

Hi! where in Australia (NSW) can we buy those undies and swimwear? How much is the price for the tangas? Pls. do give the addresses of the stores/boutiques in Australia where we can purchase those.
