We never send out unsolicited material and do not mail catalogues or merchandise to anyone who has not requested this material. Discretion is always assured to our customers. Merchandise is always mailed discreetly to you.
We do not sell our mailing lists. No personal information relating to the customer will be passed onto any third party, except as may required by law. If you ever wish to be removed from our mailing list, please access your account here and select Mailing List.
If you decide to pay us by Credit or Debit Card, your card details will be passed to Protx (www.protx.com) who will process the card payment for us. We do not hold your card details on our own website. Card transactions are protected by SSL encryption meaning that your card details cannot be viewed by anyone else on the internet.

The moment you enter your credit card details and press 'Pay', you are charged immediately for all items that are currently in stock as well as postage charges. For this reason, please make sure you want the items and have ordered the correct size and colour before pressing this button. Otherwise, you will be charged as follows if you decide to cancel the order.
You have the right to cancel an order at any time up to the end of seven working days after it is delivered, provided (in the case of underwear or swimwear) that the goods have not been worn and are in their original packing. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Bodyexposed with details of the goods ordered, the order no., and the reason for cancellation. We will then provide a Returns Authorisation Code which must be quoted with the returned goods. If you return an order to us WITHOUT a Returns Authorisation Code, it will be sent back to you. It is imperative that any returned items are unworn, for reasons of hygiene, and in re-saleable condition in their original packing.
Should you decide to cancel an order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost and in the condition in which they were supplied to you. Orders cancelled after they have been despatched will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee with postage costs remaining your liability. Orders cancelled AFTER we have begun processing them but BEFORE they are posted will be refunded less a 6% cancellation fee to cover merchant processing and e-commerce charges we incur.
In the case of faulty or misrepresented goods we shall, after receiving notification as described above, supply a Returns Authorisation Code and ask you to return the goods yourself, and refund to you reasonable postage costs as appropriate.
For obvious reasons of hygiene, we do not believe it is good practice to accept used items and to resell them as new. Therefore our policy is to NOT accept worn items back once sold, unless faulty. Furthermore, international laws prohibit the return of articles worn against the body for health and sanitary reasons. Therefore to be sure of the correct fit, it is important that you measure your waist/chest and refer to our size chart, as not all manufacturers have the same size ranges.
If you do have a specific problem, we will do our best to assist; within 7 days of receipt you must email us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns will be refused. Please make sure when communicating via email to give us the order number or your full name and address so that we can correctly identify you. Our cancellation policy gives full details of how to return an item, and any charges for which you will be liable.
